Beautiful faucet, "touch" is a bothersome gimmick.
The faucet is beautiful. The "touch" feature is just a bother. I never use it. I just use the faucet by turning on the water the usual way, however when I do that, the water keeps turning off. I paid a lot of extra money for this feature as it sounded like a good idea. I'm taking out the batteries and will just use the faucet without the "touch" feature. So - I would buy a Delta faucet again, just not with the gimmick of "touch". I have other Delta faucets in my house that have been there for 15 years and are still in great condition.
It was very difficult to install.

We just installed this faucet and so far are quite pleased with the finish, quality and performance. However, I would like to see an option or accessory that offers a transformer/rechargable battery pack as a replacement for the standard battery pack, as the cable on the pack is too short and I have to get on my knees to access it under the sink. With an optional transformer/rechargable battery pack I would not have to be concerned about having spare batteries and would have a battery backup if the power fails.

Installed a new unit in a customers home and the touch did not work at all. Got a replacement unit and my client is now reporting that it turns off and on by itself and even turns on sporadically when they open the dishwasher. At a point, a poorly engineered product actually ends up costing a contractor an operating loss and that is the situation we have here. I have another client who ordered one for installation in the next few weeks and we are going to recommend they return it or hire someone else to install and endure the headaches.

Expensive faucet for such random functionality
I purchased this faucet one year ago and had great luck for the first 6 months. I have done the troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. I wish I had read all of these reviews before purchasing.
The touch feature of the faucet worked beautifully then began to act up, sporadically turning on and off, turning on when no one is near it, won't turn on at all when touched, etc.
The red low battery indicator light has never come on, but I have changed the batteries several times hoping that may help. At this point I have simply taken the batteries out to save my frustration.
I love the look of the faucet, but this was a very expensive faucet to simply work as a "normal" faucet.

One year in use
I'm on my third set of batteries. When the batteries fail the faucet stops working. The LED has never worked. The main problem is the water temperature is difficult to adjust.

Warm water would be a good thing
This faucet does not provide warm water except at the highest pressure (at which point water splashes all over the counters). You can reliably get just hot or just cold at any pressure, but no warm. I had a plumber in to check it, and he said it was because of the touch on feature, and there was no way to adjust it. I am now looking for a way to turn it back into a regular manually operated faucet so that I can have warm water again.

Very convinient to use and keeps our counters dry.
Initially we had a concern when our newly installed faucet would only turn off/on by touch when the water was hot. Delta sent us a new controller assembly that I installed this morning, the faucet has performed perfectly ever since. The faucet is very well designed and made of rugged materials.

Love it, hope it's not broken!
It's been a year and never had to change batteries. Having trouble with no water coming out now. Changed batteries, worked for a second, then nothing. Followed Touch 2-0 disable instructions for now. Will report back. I know we will miss the touch ability if I can't get this thing working.
