  • How do I determine if I have a Delta faucet? Is the Delta name on ALL faucets, including the older models?

Most of the Delta faucets will have the name on the faucet usually on the escutcheon plate or drain cap. However, it is not uncommon for someone to replace the lavatory faucet without replacing the drain assembly. Some of the older models may not say Delta; however, but may indicate MASCO on the aerator. If the internal parts have not been changed from the Genuine Delta parts, the seats will have Delta on them and 2 handle stems are "D"-shaped.

  • I have a Delta Select faucet, but cannot locate any information on the Delta site. Where can I find information on the Delta Select products?

Delta Select products were re-branded under the Brizo name in early 2004. While still a part of the Delta Faucet Company, Brizo Faucets are designed for the more discriminating consumer. Your Delta Select faucet product information, repair information and warranty are still the same, just under a new name. The Brizo Faucet site location is www.brizo.com.
