Delta® previewed a new bath suite inspired by the scalloped shape of seashells at the 2009 Kitchen & Industry Bath Show (K/BIS). Feminine in form with flowing lines and a striking, high-arc spout silhouette, the Addison™ Bath Collection complements any bath, from traditional to modern.

“Smooth, organic lines and a flared seashell motif from the Art Deco period characterize the Addison product suite,” said Frank Foster, Delta senior product marketing manager. “Our market research demonstrates that consumers appreciate the beauty and romance of the line and its universal appeal.”

Addison is available in widespread, mini-widespread, centerset and single-handle styles along with single-handle with riser and wall mount lavatories to accommodate vessel sinks. All flow at a water-saving 1.5 gallons-per-minute (gpm) at 60 pounds-per-square-inch (psi), saving more than 30% of water, and will be WaterSense® labeled by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Low-lead options, which meet the lead requirements of California AB 1953 and Vermont S152, also are available.

Coordinating pressure-balance and thermostatic tub/shower options, with a new wall mount handshower, are also offered. The shower includes either a six-inch or eight-inch raincan showerhead featuring the exclusive H₂Okinetic Technology® by Delta. It creates a warmer, more

luxurious shower experience that blankets the body. Large droplets coupled with drenching water coverage converge and create a private sanctuary designed to revitalize and restore. The eight-inch showerhead is for use with the thermostatic shower model and flows at 2.5 gpm. The six-inch is for pressure-balance models and flows at a water-saving 2.0 gpm.

Among the smart features of the shower series is the Delta MultiChoice® Universal valve. Once the MultiChoice rough is installed, future shower function upgrades or style changes can be made
easily without altering the plumbing behind the wall. One valve offers three options: single-function pressure balance, dual-function pressure balance, and a new dual-function thermostatic valve cartridge.

Addison features the exclusive Touch-Clean® Technology from Delta, which incorporates rubber nubbins that permit easy wipe-away of calcium and lime from the spray face of the handshower with the touch of a finger.

The Addison collection also has coordinating accessories including an 18-inch towel bar, 24-inch towel bar, towel ring, robe hook and tissue holder to complete the look in the bath. In addition, coordinated lighting is available from Progress Lighting. Addison is available in Chrome, Brilliance® Stainless, Aged Pewter and Venetian Bronze® finishes.
