Sloppy construction. The internal components of the tank lever are loose and floppy which makes the outside decorative components just hang and scrape against the toilet tank's porcelain finish. No way to tighten up the problem. I returned the original one back with a description of the problem only to receive a replacement with the same sloppy construction. I finally "Rube Goldberged" it by pushing a small rubber washer up along the long interior arm and shoving it tight inside and against the loose internal components. It tightened it enough to use, but we'll have to see how long it lasts. So, if you tend not to be a trouble-shooting, problem solver, don't bother with this thing.

I do love my faucets in the bathrooms & like the look of this toilet lever but now this is the second lever that has broken off, we have 3 bathrooms, last year one broke off and last week the other bathroom lever broke off. It is not from abuse only 2 people live here and are very easy on the house. Also as one review said the handle does not fit snug on the tank as others do. We built the house in 2009 so everything is pretty new. Very disappointed in the performance and the cost to replace. Last year it was $25.00 and this time $33.00. I will call the 800 number tomorrow as today is 1-1-2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by Randy11 Looks great, but don't buy it!
We bought our home new in October, 2009. The home has 3 1/2 baths and my wife and I, along with one teenaged daughter, are the only ones who live here. I have lost count of the number of levers I have replaced. The plumbing company was kind enough to help the first 3 times (I think), but this time we are apparently on our own. Now I find that the lever sells for
The product itself looks great and it compliments the baths in each room, but the design or the material used is defective. Each one has broken in the exact same place.
And I will repeat what one other reviewer had to say. It does not fit snugly against the tank. Perhaps that has something to do with it? I don't know.
If you're buying new or choosing fixtures for a new home, steer clear of this one. And to be fair and perfectly clear, I'm only speaking of this one item, not the entire line of Delta products.
